Don’Trae leads our mission-driven nonprofit with a Master’s in Education and extensive experience in developmental disability services. His leadership is focused on empowering neurodiverse children and their families through community-driven support and specialized programs.
Lateya Odufunade
Founder & Director of programs
Lateya is the architect of our strategic vision, creating a sanctuary of inclusivity inspired by her own son's journey. With over 10 years in educational and residential settings, she ensures every family feels understood and supported within our welcoming environment.
